You can blog as much as you want for free, your blog can be public to the world or private for just your friends, and their paid upgrades are completely optional. They give you space for 5 images...if you want more, then you upgrade for a nominal fee.

YAHOO is much plainer but also safe and you should always be concerned about safety on the web. Blog's are usually composed of one or more blog entries. Each entry can have its own title and always says the date and time you published it. Blog's show the last entry first, and you can scroll down to read earlier entries. So it's like a reverse diary.
