WHAT WE DO

• TROUBLESHOOTING | 30 days from when your site goes Live, we'll still be there finessing any issues with your site for Free. If you want things added or changed from your original request (and don't want to do it yourself), we will have to charge for our time.
• BACKUP | We keep 2 copies of your site, and give you the original on a CD. If you are maintaining your own website, you should always keep a current back-up on an external hard drive and, you should - for a nominal fee from your hoster - have them keep a backup. Technology has a way of doing inexplicable things so be prepared.
• TUTORIAL | Your website includes a one hour free tutorial to maintain it properly. If you are entirely unfamilar with image formating or software programs, the Tutorial can be extended for a fee. We charge $75 per hour after the first Free hour.
• GRAPHICS | Your website includes custom graphics however, should you wish those graphics translated into other media (business card, letterhead, etc), we charge $75 per hour plus materials used.
